Countess Altaria Paendrag

Altaria resides in the High Tower of Callisto, the right wing to the Psionists Guild.  Her mental ability is astounding. She supports all of the Guild from Callisto's Tower... her mind serving as their back-up. As a reward for some odd deed done by her for the King, she was made Countess of Callisto's Tower... and became essentially the leader of the Guild.

Altaria is not some god creature.... she does have her mental abilities... but she is virtually nil. in empathy.. some claim her heart does not function properly and passion will never touch her breast... that remains to be seen.. after-all she is only 23....
